The Intensive Recovery Treatment Support video demonstrates the success of Rutgers’ novel peer-to-peer support for behavioral health clients, specifically as deployed in the incarcerated community in New Jersey. The video tells a human story of how multi-directional support for newly freed individuals from their formerly incarcerated peers helps them successfully navigate a life beyond bars. The program is a key initiative of the New Jersey State Department of Corrections in efforts to rehabilitate and aid those who have had challenges will addition. The overarching goals were to secure FY20 funding of the program from the State of New Jersey and to demonstrate Rutgers impact on the lives of all New Jerseyans.

Excellent job of leading with a story and quality video work. This video had good flow, a consistent theme and style, and authentic narration. It also intertwined the human element with the program at Rutgers.
