The Mind’s Eye videos are produced to give a richer understanding of complex research topics, and the relevance they have to society. One of our stories for 2019 was the story of Broadway actress Lisa Bresia. Live theatre can shine a spotlight on social issues, provide insight to emotional situations, and offer escape from everyday life. Lisa Brescia's most recent production, “Dear Evan Hansen,” delves into raw, emotional issues like loneliness, mental illness, and social anxiety—all while managing to be incredibly uplifting.
