The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Desktop Calendar 2020 is an institutional souvenir for our alumni, students, guests, and visitors. The calendar is designed with a frame to hold calendar cards and HKUST scenery cards to be displayed in a foldable box with space for stationery. In addition, the calendar could be reused as a photo-frame and the use of FSC paper can echo with our Sustainable Smart Campus initiative and answer global issues.
From the Judges
This was a beautiful entry. We loved the illustrations and the print quality, and we appreciated HKUST's attempt to present something different from the typical wall calendar featuring campus scenes. This high-quality calendar feels like a generous gift from the school, and one that alumni and donors would be proud to display in their homes and offices.
