Posse Magazine is the official magazine of Oklahoma State University athletics. Featuring stunning photography and interesting features, the magazine highlights the stories of student athletes from across the spectrum of OSU sports. In the fall 2019 issue, crisp designs help to tell the story of football standout Chuba Hubbard, national champion runner Sinclaire Johnson, and cover story subject and basketball standout Lindy Waters III.
From the Judges
This is a vibrantly designed college sports magazine, featuring profiles of promising athletes to promote and celebrate their achievements, and to update funders and the wider college community about their sporting successes. The color scheme is nicely consistent throughout, and matched to team colors. The strong diagonals and wonderful action shots make every page jump and move as part of a dynamic, action-packed browsing experience. The extra "track and field" design flourishes in the margins, and gutters are an added, fun touch for the browsing eye. With what seems to be a more challenging budget, the team here is achieving a lot with relatively little and should be applauded for that.
