Every year, the Ringling College of Art and Design Board of Trustees proudly awards its highest honor—the Trustee Scholarship—to the students who best exemplify dedication, originality, brilliance, ambition, and talent in their field of study. In addition to this extraordinary recognition, Trustee Scholars also receive a $5,000 monetary award, funded by the Board of Trustees. The event that honors the trustee scholars is a formal dinner, and each of the students that have been awarded the scholarship stands up and gives a brief speech about how they overcame certain obstacles to achieve their success. The items produced were: save the date, invitation, program, thank you card, and response card.
From the Judges
The various foil patterns, use of typography, and the variety of sizes of the mailing package would not only catch user's attention but would also create a sense of the "Soaring into the 20's" event to follow. The work balanced a fine line between glamour and elegance.
