Many unsung heroes stepped up to the mighty task of keeping our students and employees safe and on track to complete the fall 2020 semester. For this feature, our writing staff combined efforts to lift up our "invisible" staff who served as contact tracers, meal delivery persons to students in isolation, and much, much more.
