Interactive Calendar Touchpoint for Admission Futures

"This interactive calendar marks the beginning of a futures campaign to educate and engage area 4th-grade girls who are in our Admission pipeline. Through word games, puzzles, and hands-on activities, the recipient learns about the traditions, programs, and experiences unique to Girls Preparatory School. We also added a digital component by including QR codes to videos, so a prospective student can learn a GPS cheer from our cheer coach or see the excitement and energy that will surround her first day on campus during Opening Day. Other features include tear-out posters, water bottle stickers, and GPS fun facts.
This touchpoint is part of a much longer NUTURE campaign, which occurs an entire year before a girl will begin the Admission process. Grouping this piece with other meaningful touchpoints builds a relationship and educates a girl and her family about an all-girls education, so by the time she enters her application year, she is transitioned into an ENGAGE campaign.
This is where we see the measurable results through increased numbers in student visit days and tours. Since this is our first year launching these campaigns, numbers are not yet available. We have, however, seen an increase of summer camp registrations.
By designing a piece that has year-long appeal, interactive elements, and builds excitement for upcoming Admission touch points, this calendar succeeds in engaging with our target audience as they begin their Admission journey."

This calendar was a very fun and playful addition that directly appealed to the target demographic. The decision to create a piece that could be used all year and features so much interactivity was a terrific way to engage students. We thought the concept was fantastic and loved that this was part of a long-term admissions engagement strategy.
