"The Reset Podcast"
From the Nominator
"Working with a researcher at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, Michigan Media created a six-part podcast series on the topic of healthiness for a target audience of older African Americans in metro Detroit. The goal of the project is to promote healthy aging in underserved populations, using community-engaged research methods. Titled “The Reset Podcast,” each episode features conversations with an expert in an aspect of healthfulness and with a community member working to improve their own health. In essence, listeners are invited to reset their behaviors toward healthful living with actions that are achievable in their daily lives.
