The Williston Northampton Campaign Prospectus

"Following the successful launch of our multi-year, $70 million campaign—Williston Builds: The Campaign for Our Community—we were tasked with creating a compelling mid-campaign publication that gift officers and our alumni office could use with any potential donor to reinforce the campaign's goals and purpose, and that would be easily customizable for different donors. To achieve this, we created a large format, eight-page booklet with a pocket on the last page. The eight spreads have sweeping campus photos that evoke nostalgia, plus information about our campaign goals, pillars, a message from the head of school, and a call to action. We also created a full suite of one-sheets for the back pocket (more than 40 in all), including a mix of donor stories and funding opportunities. Advancement staff can mix and match what goes in the pocket and can also add specific gift proposals.
The response from donors and gift officers alike has been extremely positive, and it has given an extra level of polish to gift proposals."
