The Advancement Continuum framework represents a groundbreaking approach to engaging constituents, guiding them on a journey toward advocacy for The Ohio State University. At its core is the Advancement Continuum Dashboard, an innovative tool meticulously designed to evaluate the efficacy of our strategies. Comprising six distinct phases, this framework enables us to comprehensively assess and nurture relationships with our constituents. Leveraging a suite of tools, advancement teams employ a systematic approach to identify and engage with individuals based on their position within the continuum. Our commitment to data-driven decision-making led us to map 2.7 million constituent records to specific stages within the continuum, drawing upon a wealth of data from our customer relationship management system, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics. This data fuels the Advancement Continuum Dashboard, updated daily to ensure relevance and accuracy. By integrating only trackable data available in our data warehouse, we ensure the integrity and reliability of the Continuum, empowering us to make informed decisions. This strategic initiative embodies our dedication to enhancing constituent relationships and advancing the mission of Ohio State.
