In BU School of Law's Alumni Magazine, a Building Metaphor
From the Nominator
The Boston University School of Law consistently meets its reputation for being on the cutting edge of law practice. Throughout the university’s history, the study of law has always been seen as scaffolding to build upon and evolve. The illustrations on the cover and within the related feature by Alex Jeffries cleverly show this idea of “building” through the building of plastic model kids, a collective childhood experience. An unbuilt model kit evokes the notion of having the components of law to constantly reinterpret.
