I photographed University of Georgia senior Cam Kreitner for a profile highlighting his studies as an entertainment and media studies major and his work as a local talk show host. We conducted a photo shoot in downtown Athens, where our university campus is located, to pay homage to Cam's show. The photos were used for the online profile, on social media, and in an additional print story in our alumni magazine.
From the Judges
This photo is impressive and almost doesn't look real. The lighting and composition are very well done considering they shot this on a street with cars passing by. It gives the audience a visual read on what the story is about before they even read the headline.
