The Donor Services Manual is a true labor of love that reflects the comprehensive efforts of our Donor Services unit, composed of Donor Relations and Stewardship, Donor Events, and Foundation Scholarships. This entry highlights our team's achievements, goals, and metrics as of June 30, 2023, and serves as the primary resource for all University of South Florida (USF) advancement staff and Foundation board of directors. This document summarizes our team’s progress during fiscal year 2023, delineates current strategies, and establishes objectives for FY24 and beyond. The achievements outlined can be credited to the commitment and enthusiasm demonstrated by every team member, and the result of this 28-page document has proven, both internally and externally, to be worth the significant time and effort it takes to complete. The Donor Relations and Stewardship team spearheads this initiative, each year collecting information from team members and assembling all data into one visually appealing, cohesive overview. This year, team members designed a brand-new template, producing a fresh look and feel unique to USF. The impact of this piece goes beyond serving our internal constituents--it demonstrates our dedication to providing a high level of bespoke stewardship and recognizes the generosity of those who make our progress possible.
