Letter from the Chair
Will I see you in Anaheim? #CASEcc
I am so excited for this year’s Conference for Community College Advancement, Oct. 26–28, in Anaheim, California. Yes—it is LIVE and in the flesh! We are back in person after three long years.
Will you be there?
CCCA always gets me motivated about impacting change on my campus and trying new things. It is a chance to share tips and strategies with those who understand our profession and want to support students.
I have been coming to the CCCA since 2013. My favorite sessions over the years include the Newcomers Pre-Conference Workshop and anything focused on work-life balance and self-care. This year, because my campus is gearing up for a centennial celebration, I’m looking forward to attending as many alumni relations presentations as I can.
My advice for CCCA: Attend EVERYTHING. Ask questions at every session. And get involved with CASE.
I hope to see you at the CCCA, Oct. 26–28, in Anaheim. Lock in early bird pricing by Sept. 14, and take advantage of group rates to go with colleagues and divide and conquer the 35+ sessions.
Sincerely,
Kris McPeak
