Live Event Broadcast Dates: June 10, 16 and 24, 2021 (Eastern Time)

• Registration rate includes all three program dates and seminar recordings.
• Every person is required to register in order to access livestream broadcasts and recordings.
• To ensure access to the livestream broadcast for the entire conference, registration must be complete by Wednesday, June 9 at 5:00 PM ET. See details on registration page.
• All recordings will be made available through September 30, 2021. Registered participants will receive a separate email providing details of when and how to access the recordings.
• Early bird registration rates will be the best rate (least expensive rates) ever offered—so register early!

PLEASE NOTE: If registering with an institution group pass, every person wanting access to the event platform must register. Be sure to follow the specific instructions below. 

*Institution Group Pass Instructions & Details:

1. One group member must first complete full registration and group pass payment.
2. Following the first registration and payment, a confirmation email will be sent, providing an institution-specific promotional code. 
3. Then additional group members can be registered using the institution-specific promotional code. 

Please note the following:

• It is recommended to manually type in the promo code, rather than copy and pasting, to avoid extra spaces.
• Every person wanting access to the event platform must register (including the person who purchased the group pass).
• When registering an individual with an institution-specific promotional code, the registration process will display an amount owed until the last step, "Pay Now for This Registrant," where the code can be applied at checkout.
