UCLA Gift Hub - Optimizing the Gift Processing Experience
Illuminating donor and gift-processing experiences. You likely measure and optimize the donor experience leading up to giving, but what about the experience during and after their gift is being processed? With UCLA Gift Hub software, we aim to get an evidence-based look at our gift-processing pipeline. Gift Hub is customized to fit the needs and workflow of each business unit. Gift Hub also features a dashboard for leadership to easily track gifts as they move through the pipeline. By making the gift processing pipeline visible, we can build a better experience for both our donors and our staff.
