Caroline Baugh
Caroline is the Chief Advancement and External Affairs Officer at Taipei American School as of July 2023. Prior to this transition, she was the Director of Enrollment Management, Communications, and Community Relations at the American School of Paris, where she was responsible for monitoring and understanding the experience of all stakeholders and ensuring that all marketing and communications are designed to increase engagement, amplify influence, and drive revenue. She spent the prior six years as the Director of Annual Giving at the Hockaday School in Dallas, Texas.
Peter Gallo
Peter served Lynn University from 1993-2002 as Director of Graduate School Admission and Associate Director for Development. After completing his service at Lynn University, Peter assumed the position of Director of External Relations at the Forman School in Litchfield, Connecticut. Peter joined Saint Andrew’s School in 2004 as Director of External Relations and was promoted in 2006 to Associate Headmaster for Development. In 2017 Peter assumed the role of Director of Development at the Landon School in Bethesda, Maryland. Working closely with the Head of School and Board of Trustees. Peter oversees all aspects of Landon’s external relations program.
Peter has been recognized by the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). Peter served as the CASE/NAIS 2014 conference chair. In addition, Peter is a distinguished CASE Laureate, a community of senior volunteers who have provided invaluable service to CASE.
Peter actively serves on the faculty of the Florida Council for Independent Schools (FCIS). From 2017-2021, Peter served on the Development Directors Leadership Council for AISGW (The Association of Independent Schools of Greater Washington).
Additionally, Peter is a presenter for AIMS (Association and Maryland and DC Schools) and ADVIS (Association of Delaware Valley Schools). Peter is an active member of the Saint Bartholomew Catholic Community, serving on the School Board from 2017-2021. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master in International Management, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership and Education. Peter and his wife Meredith have two sons, Lucas and Bryce.
Christine Pina
Christine began her career as an admissions officer at Dartmouth College, where she focused on first-generation and student of color recruitment. After earning her Ed.M. in Administration, Planning and Social Policy at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE), she transitioned to educational fundraising, working as a major gifts officer at The Madeira School in McLean, Virginia, and her secondary school alma mater, St. Paul’s School in Concord, New Hampshire. A Connecticut resident since 2002, she returned to higher education as the director of major gifts at her college alma mater, Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut, where she oversaw the major gifts, planned giving and prospect research functions. In November of 2011, Christine became the vice president of institutional advancement at the University of Hartford, where she and her team grew the philanthropic and engagement program.
Christine loves working, once again, in an all-girls’ school as the chief advancement officer at Miss Porter’s School. Though a native of Cape Cod, most weekends you can find Christine and her husband Alex sitting in a very cold rink where they watch their goaltender son Arthur play hockey.
Gustavo Segui
Gustavo Segui has been a leader in international education for the past 11 years, in the areas of Marketing, Admissions and Advancement, with past professional experience at Volkswagen Headquarters in Germany. He holds a record of achievements in marketing and large experience in leading cross-functional teams and in using design thinking to drive strategy, creative campaigns, organizational culture, professional development, and create a sense of purpose and belonging within an organization.
Gustavo has experience as former board member at the American Chamber of Commerce in Curitiba, as a teacher of High Performance and Productivity, as a Group Leader at AMISA for Marketing, Admissions and Advancement in the Americas Region and as a speaker at multiple international conferences.
He spends every Tuesday night with friends, developers and designers having fun developing games.

Ann Snyder
Ann Snyder is Senior Director, Communities Engagement at Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). Prior to joining CASE, she was Director of External Affairs at Stuart Hall School in Virginia, United States. With more than a decade of experience in student and family marketing, school leadership, enrolment, fundraising, and external affairs, Snyder is a seasoned school leader and industry expert.
In her role at CASE, Snyder serves as the industry insider, expert, and thought leader for schools globally. Professional facilitation and speaking engagements include serving as a key speaker and collaborator for the Canadian Association of Independent Schools, the National Association of Independent Schools (U.S.), the Association of American Schools in South America, and regional associations throughout the United States.
Teresa Weber
A first-generation college graduate, Teresa believes deeply in the power of education to transform lives and the fundamental right of all children to have access to high-quality educational opportunities. Teresa has spent her 20+ year career fundraising for schools and non-profit educational organizations. Most recently she has served the independent school sector as Director of Advancement at Hackley School in Tarrytown, New York, and was previously Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Manhattanville College. Teresa is Vice Chair of the Independent School Leadership Group, a mentor and board member with Mount Vernon Star Scholars, Vice President of the Mount Vernon Educational Foundation, and an alumni interviewer for her alma mater. Outside of her passion for education, Teresa can be found wandering museums, taking in some theater, or dreaming up new cookie recipes.
Bob Weston
Bob Weston brings to CCS 30 years of independent school experience and expertise as an educator, administrator, and fundraiser. Over the span of his career, Bob has held several senior administrative positions, and worked extensively on hiring and recruiting faculty, collaborating on institutional strategic planning, and directing annual, major gifts, and capital campaign fundraising programs.
