Gain inspiration from your colleagues throughout the conference by participating in our attendee-powered exhibits and showcases.

 

Institutional Showcases

Day 1 of our event will include a set of sessions led by attendees showcasing their innovative programming, clever leveraging of resources, adapting to needs, and unique traditions. These 20-minute micro-sessions will highlight successes, setbacks, adaptations, and overall impact of an institutional program or update.

We’re looking for several attending institutions to showcase at Homecomings & Reunions. Does your institution have something innovative and impactful to share?

Applications are accepted until Friday, November 22 and submissions are limited to registered attendees. Please email the Homecomings & Reunions Program Manager for more information.

 

Swag Swap

An ongoing tradition for Homecomings & Reunions is our annual swag swap. Take the opportunity to show off your shop’s best work by sharing and swapping your coolest swag and marketing materials. All items will be collected and displayed on Day 1 during the reception, and items will be up for grabs throughout Days 2 and 3.

Show off your most impressive giveaway items! Attendees are welcome to bring up to five items to be included. To sign up and learn more, please complete the sign-up form in our Conference Community after you’ve registered.

 

CASE Competencies

Participation in showcases and swag swaps helps attendees learn from one another, better understand trends, and gain inspiration for creative thinking. These programs fall into the following CASE Competencies:

It’s not only a chance to show off your hard work and creative thinking but can also help you develop stronger connections with other attendees and represent your institution in a positive light.

For Institutional Showcases, you will have 20 minutes to share information. You may present alone or with a small team. Your session will be included with two other showcases, and you will present first, second, or third. Because of the brevity of the sessions, a Q&A will not occur.

Note: There are no presentation requirements to participate in the Swag Swap, but we ask that you complete our sign-up form to provide basic information about your items that will be shared with attendees.

Showcases may include, but are not limited to:

  • Commitment to inclusion, and belonging in programming and operations
  • Successful volunteer teams
  • Activities not revolving around athletics
  • Programming for graduate and professional school alumni
