Today more than ever, the relationship between the Chief Development Officer and the Chief Business Officer is critically important to an institution’s overall success. Yet there are often embedded pitfalls that can inhibit transparent and collaborative communication and the alignment of common or institutional goals. This conference is designed to uncover and discuss those pitfalls and opportunities for better partnerships. A key learning objective is to present pragmatic steps from the perspective of both the CAO and the CBO and for the teams these officers lead.
