Since 2006, the CASE Minority Advancement Institute (MAI) has helped our members build diverse leadership that is crucial for making better decisions, fostering innovation, understanding diverse markets, increasing employee engagement, enhancing reputation, and reducing bias and discrimination. At MAI, case studies and small group exercises are combined with lectures and discussions to facilitate provocative intellectual dialogues. More than 327 professionals have participated in this program, with more than 20% in leadership positions today.

Who Should Attend
- Advancement leaders who have a minimum of 6 years' experience in an advancement role or are transitioning to a mid- or senior-level role from another profession, should consider registering for this Institute.
