Meet Your Chair
Josh Wyatt
Josh Wyatt has recently joined the team in Tucson at the University of Arizona as the director of talent development.
He discovered his passion for training and talent management while working at Envision EMI in the Washington, D.C., area. After seven years, he left Washington, D.C., for the newly created position of training and talent development manager at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Office of Development. While at UNC-CH he worked to develop a comprehensive talent management strategy involving recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing 350+ frontline fundraisers and support staff. This included the implementation and administration of a Learning Management System, a full e-learning catalog of courses specific to Blackbaud CRM and dedicated moves management cohorts for development officers and aspiring development officers.
Wyatt holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with an emphasis in criminal justice from James Madison University.

Brittany Wilhelm
In March 2020, Brittany joined the remarkable team of advancement professionals serving Harvard University, as the organization’s first Managing Director for Talent Management. In this capacity, she oversees a talent program that is dedicated to making Harvard the employer of choice for the very best professionals to thrive in their advancement careers. Before assuming this role, Brittany served the University of Denver’s advancement office for 14 years, most recently as chief of staff and associate vice chancellor for advancement operations. While her role included resource administration, advancement services, and campaign planning, Brittany’s passion and some of her most fulfilling work has been in the area of talent management. Under her leadership, the University of Denver designed and launched its first ever advancement talent management program – an initiative that provided vital infrastructure, change leadership, engagement, and retention as the advancement office more than doubled in size over a three-year period. The University of Denver is also Brittany’s alma mater; she holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational development from DU and is currently working toward a master’s degree in management from Harvard University and master of divinity degree from Denver Seminary.
Timothy Minor
Timothy Minor is the vice president for University Advancement for the University of North Carolina System. He is responsible for administrative direction and support for external funding to meet the priority needs within the UNC multi-campus university which is composed of all 17 of North Carolina's public institutions, including the NC School of Science and Mathematics, the nation's first public residential high school for gifted students.
Prior to joining the UNC System Office, Timothy served as the associate vice chancellor for University Advancement at North Carolina A&T State University for five years where he led fundraising initiatives and day-to-day operations of A&T’s central development office. Minor started his career in university development in 1994 at Emory University in Atlanta, Ga., followed by 12 years at UNC at Chapel Hill as a senior member of the Development Office, serving in various major gift director roles in the University’s $500 M Bicentennial Campaign and the university’s largest campaign, the $2.3 billion Carolina First Campaign that concluded in 2007. He was appointed to the role as Associate Vice President at UNC System Office in September 2013 and became vice president in September 2014. Minor received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned a Master of Public Affairs at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Faith Bachus
As Senior Talent Management Analyst at Rice University, Faith manages all things talent management for the Division of Development and Alumni Relations. She has a passion for education, developing leaders, and partnering with high potentials on their journey of personal and professional growth. Faith is a certified leadership coach and facilitator that jumpstarted her career in higher education working at her alma mater, the University of Mississippi, where she received her degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders. Faith is travel obsessed (pre-COVID) and looking to add more destinations to her travel bucket list. In the meantime, she takes every opportunity to completely immerse herself in all the cultural experiences her city of Houston, Texas has to offer!
