Today, advancement shops contend with heightened competition for scarce resources, donor fatigue, staff turnover, and polarizing political climates. These ongoing challenges, and so many more, can lead to team frustration, burnout, and uncertainty. In this interactive workshop, we'll explore methods to cultivate resilience by leveraging your individual strengths. Led by certified Clifton Strengths coaches, attendees will uncover and utilize their inherent talents to navigate industry hurdles effectively. This interactive session equips participants with the tools to identify, amplify, and apply personal strengths, empowering them to confront the complexities of advancement with confidence. This will be an informative and engaging afternoon of personal development and connection with colleagues from across the advancement profession in our region. Participants are encouraged to complete their own Clifton Strengths Assessment and bring the results to the program for hands-on learning.
