Condace Pressley
Condace Pressley is an award-winning journalist. She is a two-time Hall of Fame member – inducted in 2019 into the Georgia Association of Broadcasters and in 2016 into the Georgia Radio Hall of Fame.
As Director of Community Affairs for WSB-TV, Condace drives the Family 2 Family Project and leads the station’s community efforts across its broadcast platforms including WSB-TV and the company’s four radio stations. She’s executive producer of People 2 People on WSB-TV and interviews community leaders weekly during the People 2 People “One on One” segment.
Condace began her career in radio, first in Athens while studying journalism and political science at The University of Georgia and later in Atlanta at WGST, the Georgia News Network, WSB, KISS104.1 and B98.5. For more than 30 years she’s hosted the Sunday morning public affairs program “Perspectives” where she’s interviewed hundreds of community and thought leaders.
The University of Georgia Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication honored Pressley with the John H. Drewry Outstanding Young Alumna Award in 1992. In 2015, The Grady College named Pressley to its Centennial Class of Journalism Fellows - the college’s highest honor. She has been profiled by The HistoryMakers, the world’s largest African American oral video history archive for her significant contributions to media. Condace is a former President of both the National Association of Black Journalists (2001-2003) and Atlanta Association of Black Journalists (1991-1995). She was the chapter’s 2012 Pioneer Black Journalist. She is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta.
Condace has passion for community and is strongly committed to the empowerment of women and girls. Her volunteer efforts include service on the boards of the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, the Atlanta Community Food Bank, Crime Stoppers Atlanta, Project Healthy Grandparents and Day 1 - The Alliance for Christian Media. Condace loves travel and supports the arts.

Eric J Segall
Eric J. Segall graduated from Emory University, Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude, and from Vanderbilt Law School, where he was the research editor for the Law Review and member of Order of the Coif. He clerked for the Chief Judge Charles Moye Jr. for the Northern District of Georgia, and Albert J. Henderson of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. After his clerkships, Segall worked for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and the U.S. Department of Justice, before joining the Georgia State faculty in 1991. Segall teaches federal courts and constitutional law I and II. He is the author of the books Originalism as Faith and Supreme Myths: Why the Supreme Court is not a Court and its Justices are not Judges. His articles on constitutional law have appeared in, among others, the Harvard Law Review Forum, the Stanford Law Review On Line, the UCLA Law Review, the George Washington Law Review, the Washington University Law Review, the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law, the Northwestern University Law Review Colloquy, and Constitutional Commentary among many others. Segall’s op-eds and essays have appeared in the New York Times, the LA Times, The Atlantic, SLATE, Vox, Salon, and the Daily Beast, among others. He has appeared on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, and France 24 and all four of Atlanta’s local television stations. He has also appeared on numerous local and national radio shows.
Kenita T. Williams
Dr. Kenita Williams joined the Southern Education Foundation in 2017 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. In her role, Kenita is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the organization, as well as the implementation of the programmatic priorities. Additionally, Kenita represents SEF’s values and efforts to key external stakeholders, and serves as a thought partner to the president/CEO—helping to create the organizational systems, processes, and culture that set the team forth on clear pathways to ensure that SEF is as catalytic and impactful as possible. Kenita brings a wide range of knowledge and critical experience to SEF, having held positions in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Over the course of her career, Kenita served as the Partnerships Manager for Atlanta Public Schools and as Senior Program Manager for Public Policy at the Southeastern Council of Foundations (SECF). She spent several years as a consultant for JFM Consulting Group, and worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative correspondent for then-Senator Barack Obama. Kenita is also a Teach for America (TFA) alumna and spent three years teaching third grade in Atlanta. Kenita earned her B.A. in Political Science and History from Yale University, her Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan–Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, a teaching certificate from Georgia State University, and her Doctor of Education from Johns Hopkins University.

Brittany Collins
Brittany Collins is a trusted, strategic advisor and social impact strategist with over a decade of experience in urban public education, community development, and the non- profit sector. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Betty and Davis Fitzgerald Foundation in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining the philanthropic sector, she served as the Founding Director of PAACT: Promising All Atlanta Children Thrive, a citywide alliance of public and private partners focused on improving outcomes for young children in Atlanta. Under her leadership, she deployed a $2 million rapid response grant fund to stabilize the childcare sector and support families with young children during the pandemic. She was also instrumental with supporting Atlanta Mayor Andre Dicken’s administration to develop a comprehensive early childhood strategy that led to the development of a historic $20M investment fund to improve early childhood access across Atlanta neighborhoods. Prior to joining GEEARS, she served as the Managing Director of Program for OneGoal Metro Atlanta. In that role, she was chiefly responsible for setting, defining and managing the overall direction of the OneGoal program in Atlanta, ensuring efficiency and efficacy in delivery of the model. Before joining OneGoal, Brittany served as a Community Development Advisor at Purpose Built Communities, a non-profit, community development consulting firm that works with local leaders to implement a holistic approach to revitalizing distressed neighborhoods. She managed approximately 18 start-up backbone organizations seeking to replicate and implement a national model. She specifically supported the development and identification of resources to deploy targeted housing, education, and community wellness intervention strategies to improve neighborhood health and life outcomes in over 18 cities; and developed tools to formalize public-private partnerships with a focus on scaling high quality early learning programs.

Juanita Sheppard
As Vice President, Foundation Partnerships at United Way of Greater Atlanta, Juanita Sheppard strategically serves as the central source for cultivating and engaging foundation and government partners to increase United Way’s ability to tackle complex community issues and drive sustainable positive change. The South African concept of Ubuntu– “I am because you are” guides her journey. She is a member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council, serves on the Board of Directors for AFP Greater Atlanta Chapter, Neighborhood Nexus, and Midtown Atlanta Rotary. Juanita also served as Past President of AFP Greater Atlanta Chapter (2019). Juanita’s love for community grew from her previous work at The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta and The Temple, Atlanta’s oldest synagogue. She is a graduate of Leadership DeKalb’s Class of 2022. Juanita earned her B.A. from Beulah Heights University and M.Div. from the Morehouse School of Religion at the Interdenominational Theological Center. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Ministry at United Theological Seminary. Juanita earned her CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) certification in June 2020. Juanita enjoys life and travel with her husband, Carl, and her two adult daughters Sasha and Brittany.

The Labz is a no-code website-building platform that creates interactive, socially engaging web experiences and brand-led metaverses. The Labz has customers like Google, Microsoft, and the US government. Labz is also in industries such as hair and beauty, Oil and Gas, Hotels, and Non-Profit. Farah has been voted startup of the Year, Women of the Year in Technology, and has been featured in publications such as Cosmo, Forbes, Business Insider, and Fast Company.
Doll Avant
Doll Avant is an award-winning inventor, data scientist, graduate of Harvard University, & TEDx speaker. An internationally recognized expert on water quality, sustainability, climate change, and environmental justice, Doll is a motivational speaker, an educator, and the Founder & CEO of Aquagenuity, the “Google Search for water quality," and has raised over $50 million from Softbank, Google, and Amazon. Selected as a global sustainability partner for Apple, Doll was also honored by Google with the global designation of “Google's Woman of Water” and featured on Google's homepage for building the “world’s largest water database.” Doll has been featured by Forbes, The New York Times, and WIRED Magazine. Doll is the creator of Guardians of H2O, an international STEM initiative that teaches everyday citizens how to become protectors of the planet. Doll serves on the board of the Captain Planet Foundation. Doll was named a Global Impact Fellow by Singularity at NASA Research Park in Silicon Valley; she has also received awards for entrepreneurship and technology innovation from JP Morgan, Coca-Cola, BMW, and Ocean Visions (a collaborative of MIT, Stanford, Georgia Tech, Georgia Aquarium, the Smithsonian, and the United Nations). Doll graduated with honors from Harvard University, where she studied under Dr. Cornel West and Dr. Henry Louis Gates to receive an A.B. in Afro-American History with a focus in Economics. Doll also studied Data Analytics at Harvard Business School, and a micromasters in Statistics and Data Science from MIT.
