CASE VI is thrilled to offer a robust pre-conference program designed specifically for those new to the profession and our advancing diversity scholars.
Participants in this program will walk away with the following:
Learn about the 8 CASE Competency Clusters and how they relate to your work in advancement
Distinguish between the mindset and skill sets necessary to be successful in the advancement field
Take the Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment and participate in a customized strengths training session with a Gallup facilitator
Create a personal learning plan, including sessions from the CASE VI conference, to launch your advancement career
In addition, participation in the pre-conference program is a great opportunity to meet new colleagues and network with other program participants and CASE VI District Leaders.
