The Notre Dame University Alumni Association in Indiana, U.S., hosted its first Global Day of Service in 2023—drawing more than 3,500 volunteers for projects in 26 countries.

The CASE Library has compiled a collection of communications and marketing impact and annual reports which detail departmental qualitative and quantitative accomplishments including web traffic, social media, media placements, and news.

Carroll Community College created a different kind of employee social media advocacy program. Instead of a marketing team creating messages and then distributing them to employees to post, Carroll’s program, called an “employee impact initiative,” focuses on empowering its faculty and staff on social media.
