Become a Host
Since 2009, CASE member institutions have benefited from the smart, passionate and high-calibre participants of the CASE Graduate Trainee Programme in Europe. The programme is a great way to spot early career talent and diversify the advancement pipeline. Many host institutions hire Trainees into permanent positions after completing the year-long programme.
Why Host?
There are many benefits to becoming a host institution:
- Gain a talented new team member, committed to developing and learning.
- Raise the profile of the advancement profession, inspiring those seeking new opportunities to see it as a rewarding career path.
- Offer mentoring and line management opportunities for existing staff.
