Following the opening discussion on current industry trends, Jenny and Ellen will present CASE’s Alumni Engagement Framework and recent results. With five years of collected alumni engagement metrics, Jenny will share key learnings and how thinking has evolved over time, exploring key benchmarking metrics and insights. Ellen will provide practical examples from Seattle University, illustrating how engagement data is being utilized to drive results. Attendees will walk away with data-informed engagement strategies and suggestions for getting started. Come prepared with questions for us and each other to make the most of this interactive session.
