European Track
European Track: 3–17 February, 2021
For the first time, CASE is pleased to offer our Institute in Marketing and Communications with both a North American and a European track.
This engaging intensive online conference is designed specifically for newcomers to the field of communications and marketing and will provide you with the foundation you need to further your career and positively impact your institution. Attendees will learn from experienced faculty leaders and dynamic guest speakers to broaden their perspectives and sharpen their skills.
In addition to the sessions, participants will have the opportunity for small group conversations with speakers and peers to discuss topics in greater depth and exchange experiences and practical ideas.
To accommodate multiple time zones and audiences, please register for a track based on your region. Crossover opportunities will be available to attendees on both tracks, and recordings of all sessions will be available to all institute registrants.

Programme
The European Track of the Institute in Marketing and Communications includes three weekly online learning days taking place on concurrent weeks. Each week will include 2-3 plenary sessions and the opportunity for a deep dive on the week’s theme during the cohort conversations.
Participants will also have access to the recorded content from the institute’s North American track as well as curated on-demand learning opportunities and resources including sessions from our most popular communications conferences.

Meet Your Institute Chair
Rachel Sandison
Rachel Sandison is Vice Principal, External Relations at the University of Glasgow. As a member of the University’s senior management team, Rachel's responsibilities include strategic leadership for domestic and international student recruitment; marketing, brand and reputation; undergraduate and postgraduate admissions; international affairs and partnership development; fundraising & alumni relations; and widening participation. She is also the University’s Refugee & Asylum Seeker Champion.
Rachel is a chartered marketer and a CASE Global Trustee. She is a member of the Universities Scotland International Committee and sits on a number of sector advisory boards. She is also the University of Glasgow’s senior leader for the Universitas 21 network, The Guild of European Research-Intensive Universities and the CIVIS European University Alliance.
