How TCU Turned Student Callers Into Campus Creators
Mass-marketing appeals can’t keep up with alums’ expectations for personalization. So, late last year, the Texas Christian University team swapped out their phonathon program and replaced it with a student-led lead-generation engine powered by personalization. They turned their best student ambassadors into Campus Creators, built a consistent calendar of personalized video content, and are executing multi-touch cadenced outreach to thousands of previously-overlooked donors. Join this session to learn about the ROI of TCU’s Donor Experience (DX) program, including reactivated donors, increased donors and dollars, hundreds of new leads for gift officers, and 100% coverage of more than 20,000 alumni.

Recurring Dreams: The Gifts that Keep on Giving
Few things in fundraising are foolproof, but recurring gifts may just be the rare exception. Look no further than the rapid ascent of the subscription economy (think Netflix and StitchFix) to understand the appeal of recurring giving across donor segments—and the long-term revenue impact for tech-savvy institutions. Recurring gifts lower the entry point for your community to give back and make the process easier and more enjoyable. Furthermore, data shows the expected lifetime value of indefinite recurring gifts is nearly 10x the value of one-time gifts. Need more proof? Get real-world tactics used by your CASE district peers.
