The Introduction to Advancement Leadership programme is your opportunity to learn at your own pace and develop the skills you need to progress your career.

Each week starts with an inspiring plenary session, dedicates one day to each track and ends with an opportunity to discuss what you learnt and network with members of the community.

There will be two sessions a day at 10:00 and 14:00 (GMT) and each will last approximately 45 minutes. Recordings will be made available to delegates.

What better way to learn than by putting it into practice? Ruth will draw upon her experience of working in development as fundraising director for more than 15 years (Indiana University Bloomington, Kiwanis International, Fulbright Austria) to showcase top networking tips, and you will break up into smaller groups to learn about the power of networks, what unites us all working in the sector, and where cultural differences can be explored.

Monday 23 November: The Leading Role

    *Pre-Recorded Session*

RADA Business delivers world-class development coaching for organisations, teams and leaders. We are excited to have them join us at the Global Leadership Forum for this innovative and energising executive education opportunity.

Leaders are forever in the spotlight, having to be many things to many people. Working in this way requires considerable resilience and agility: a resilience which only lies within our bodies, requiring us to use our physical intelligence.

We invite you into our world to build an imaginative and physical connection with different leadership modes. We push you into an unfamiliar and challenging space, working creatively to understand your preferred leadership mode and how to flex between them with ease. This workshop will stretch the leader you are to discover the leader you could become.

Speakers: Katie Lightfoot, Tutor, RADA Business; Kate Walker Miles, Tutor, RADA Business
